Planning for the 15th annual Brait Builders Open is underway!  Mark your calendars for Friday, July 18, 2008 for our wonderful Golf Tournament to be held once again at the prestigious Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA. 

This year, Brait Builders Corporation is donating all proceeds from the Brait Builders Open to Children’s Hospital Boston.  You may have heard that Michael and Carol Brait’s daughter, Johanna, was stricken with Burkitt’s Lymphoma last Spring.  With incredible resources and care, Children’s Hospital Boston successfully treated Johanna, who is now remarkably healthy and in remission.  We experienced first hand the wonders accomplished by Children’s Hospital Boston and believe it is an absolute privilege to support this institution in achieving its vision to be the worldwide leader in improving children’s health.  Please join us in making this year’s golf tournament a huge success – one that will provide Children’s Hospital Boston with a donation to help protect, treat and heal all the children who pass through its doors.   

Over the past seven years, Brait Builders Corporation has raised over $250,000 for the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism and related charities through the Brait Builders Open.  These amazing contributions helped provide much needed research funding, information sharing, education, recreation programming and awareness, and produced a positive impact on families living with autism.  We wish to express our deepest gratitude to all the players and sponsors with whose generosity and support over the years we were able to make a valuable difference.

Sign-in and a continental breakfast will begin at 7:30am; a Shotgun start is scheduled for 9:00am. A banquet dinner, live auction and awards presentation will take place at the Pinehills Pavilion directly following the Tournament.  Please check our list of auction items. We will also have our annual “choose your chance” raffle and various hole challenges to test your luck and skill while helping to raise money for Children’s Hospital Boston.
 
Brait Builders Open is always a fun-filled day, and each year our event becomes more and more popular.  We hope you will gather your teams early, and register and pay as soon as possible to ensure your place in the festivities!
